AIB Food Safety Standards

Automated Packaging Systems is committed to providing customers in the food packaging industry with contaminant-free bag products. Each bag-making facility undergoes an annual food safety inspection by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) Consolidated Standards for Food-Contact Packaging Manufacturing Facilities.

AIB inspections benefit all of customers' markets and are especially important in food, medical products and pharmaceuticals. Rigorous guidelines are met for quality control, cleaning and maintenance, security, material handling, personnel practices and overall plant operations.
